I am planning to fix up my 20 years old home and then sale
it. There is nothing special in the construction of my old home though it was
built in 1993. I am seeing many damages in my home and now i decide to update
my kitchen and bathroom according to latest trend and then i will sale it.
I know that if i sale my home without updating it i will not
get the right estimate of my property but if i updateit first and then sale it

appearance of your home. Buyers when visited the home they will first attract
with the look of the house after that they will focus on the other things if it

Buy new countertop for a kitchen:
Your kitchen has very old countertop and may be it has many
scratches and stains that cannot be remove so
it is better to buy a new

Paint the ceiling and walls:
Pick up the neutral colors for the paint coating of your
kitchen and bathrooms that matches the sanitary and countertop. Do not choose
the dark colors for the both areas of your home because it will give rush look
of your house building.

decent add neutral color into them. Try to remove all useless items from the
both areas of the home and set it properly. Add all items into the places that
are the requirement of them.
